Ian had to work all night on Tuesday night so he took the day off on Weds. We had so much fun! Taryn just hung out while Ian got a little bit of sleep. Then we went outside to play - it was such a beautiful day.
Taryn jumped on her tramp, played on her playground and chased Kassie around the yard. Then Papa helped her drive her tractor - which she LOVES (thanks Gma & Gpa Fin).
The 1st picture is of her harvesting berries - she'd put them in her container and then put the container in her trailer. So cute. Then more of her driving and just chilling with Mama.

Yesterday afternoon we took Taryn to the Moran Eye Center for her appt with her surgeon there. Taryn was born with an orbital lymphangioma in around her left eye. Lately, we've been worried about it because it has been more swollen, caused some black eyes and she has said it hurts. The doc didn't seem too worried about it yet - and the risk of surgery is loss of vision. He is sending us to a pediatric opthamologist at Primary Children's hospital to make sure that her vision really is ok. The plan is if the primary doc thinks all is well - to have a check up once a year and then an MRI before kindergarten and discuss surgery then. If the doc at primary's thinks it is having a negative effect on her vision - then we will do an MRI now and see about surgery. I just want to make her all better - wish a kiss from her Mommy could do that for her.
In other news, baby boy is growing fine. My platelets are still low but haven't dropped to scary levels yet. The doc kind of is expecting them to - so he will probably start me at 38 weeks. Which means baby boy should arrive at the beginning of April.
Ian is gearing up to go to Brazil, my sis & bro are headed to Hawaii, 2 other sisters are going to Florida, another one is headed to St. George & a brother is off to Vegas....all these traveling people are making me really want to go on a vacation. I think I will just have to plan something for this summer. I just need to find something family friendly & cheap...any ideas?
