Tonight we had FHE with Dave & Dan & Nicole at Dave's house. Dave lives in a very nicely decorated bachelor pad...he has a gun room, PA system, a dance floor in the basement with disco ball & pole & flashing lights & mirror, a skate ramp in the garage. Taryn had so much fun there!
We started out singing - Dan is an AMAZING pianist. So he played by ear a bunch of primary songs for Taryn to sing to...then he hooked his ipod up to his piano & it played a bunch of other songs. Taryn sang twinkle twinkle about 80 times.

After dinner, Taryn & Dave shook their booties on the dance floor. He even had bubbles that glowed. Then Dave broke out the cotton candy machine (he is making a serious run as Taryn's favorite Uncle)...he even had pink for Taryn in 3 different pinkalicious flavors.
David enjoyed the bike in the garage...Uncle Dan is teaching him young to appreciate the fine things in life. ;)

Uncle Dan doesn't have to be in any running for favorite uncle...he is already there because he lets Taryn play with him all the time. I think he is helping her here with his form.

Dave is seriously one of the smartest guys that I know...but he doesn't really have a clue about kids. When Taryn was three months old he came to Ian's hockey game & asked what she could do. I laughed so hard because I think he was serious. Eat, sleep & poop were my answers.
