My kids love the TV show...The Fresh Beats Band & at the end of every show they say what a great day! and then sing a song about it. Today was a great day! David is now in gymnastics...his Mom & Me class is right after Taryn's class & the teacher, Leisa, is pretty awesome she usually lets Taryn do all the stuff that David is doing...so Taryn gets two classes. So far David gets better every time but it is still a challenge...as you can see from me holding him in the 1st picture that Taryn took while playing games on my phone (yep, she is a smarty like that...she wants a phone or an ipad for her bday-she is 5 not 16). David is does love it for longer & longer each time & he calls it 'nastics...so cute.
After gymnastics we went to the dinosaur museum. It was David's 1st real time there and while he liked the dinosaurs...the screeching & roaring they played was not his favorite. The kids liked the sand/water area and they had the whole area to their selves. Funny that David was afraid of the dinosaur noises but when he saw the huge shark he went running up to it. We didn't stay long in the sand area because I found out that is where all the kids who weren't in the water area were. ;) And because David likes to life up the sand and watch it fall....but sometimes it falls right into his eye. ;)
Then after naps we went to one of our favorite elementary school playgrounds and played pirate ship. David does not like it when I take his picture so he rarely looks at the camera...he is too busy playing. ;)
So when I get a good happy shot - I love it.
We also got a new baby cousin today...Aimee had her lil' boy. But he is in the NICU right now so we can't visit yet.
