Taryn had an MRI today to do imaging on her lymphatic malformations. They had to put her to sleep & so they gave her an IV to do that. The IV team came & have this new procedure where they numb the hand before they poke it but they use air pressure to insert the lidocaine into the hand & it makes a popping noise. Taryn did not like that at all. But she was very brave & handled the whole thing. The cute nurse at Primaries gave her a Littlest Pet Shop toy & if you look close you can see the baby swan in her hand...she squeezed it the whole time she slept.
