We were lucky enough to get to go to the cabin this weekend and we got to bring our friends the Burk family. It was so much fun. It seems that the kids do best on trips when they have other kids to play with. We did some small hikes and took the kids to see the animals at the Logan Park Zoo and then came home Sunday in time to go to church.
The scariest part was when we were leaving to go to the zoo...we couldn't find their youngest. She is about 18 months. We looked everywhere and I was so afraid that maybe she had fallen into the river. Anyway, it turned out she was right next to a river and a neighbor stopped in his truck but didn't want to scare her. So thankfully she was fine.
